The plaque is very nice. However one of the corner is chipped. The wrapping bag is not large enough to cover the whole plaque. To protect the corners of the plaque from damages, corner guards should be placed around the four corners.
Later, SmartSign immediately remade a new plaque and I received the new plaque five days later.
