I previously left a 2-star review due to a printing issue I was told was my fault, despite being a repeat customer with a flawless prior order. That earlier order was so well done that my employer asked me to reorder plates in our company colors. However, on the new plates, the top line containing my primary Texas licensing credential was printed in a smaller font than the other lines. This mattered because my credentials must be publicly posted for compliance.
After being told the error was mine, I reordered a single plate, carefully adjusted the font sizes, and requested a proof review. The proof I received at 1:00 a.m. looked nothing like what I submitted. I called customer service the next morning, explained the issue, and the representative reviewed both orders. She immediately understood the font-size concern and assured me she would work to resolve it.
To my surprise, not only was the corrected plate produced, but the entire original order was remade and shipped at no cost.

Different letter sizing
As I have ordered plates before and had no issue I was confident in ordering plates for our new office. The name plates were perfect and I was very pleased, however my title plates presented two separate letter sizes. The picture proof showed no difference but customer service showed a invoice statement I never saw that had font size difference. After I order the replacement, because I have to for office uniformity then all my business will go elsewhere.

There were a couple of mistakes, which may not have been their fault, but they took care of the issues, confirmed they were correct, and sent them out to satisfy the customer that they did! We will continue to use this company for all our signage needs!

Mounting Holes and Screws: There are two hole-placements to choose from - two side holes and four corner holes. Screws are included with these hole options.
INTERESTING...I didn't receive any screws.
Fast turn around time and the plate looks nice however, I can't mount it.
