8.5 mil thick, matte, white vellum tag is plastic-based and virtually impossible to tear. Tags are topped with paper for easy printing. Rounded corners give a professional, durable look and won't peel off.
Every 8.5" x 11" sheet includes 6, precut, 2.5" x 4.25" permits.
Add permit numbers or other information, like a company name or expiration date.
Easily remove the tags from the sheet by hand.
Print in color or black and white, and write on these tags with a pen or pencil.
Templates available in both PDF and Word formats.
We also have easy to use wizards that you can design on our site. Choose a colored background, a modular design, or even upload your logo.
Please test prints on regular paper first to make sure the printing is correctly aligned.
