This was a custom sign with a club logo. The designers were very responsive and accommodated multiple revisions (many club members had inputs and opinions). In the end, the design came out perfect and ordering was easy. The first sign arrived with a few physical flaws, although the packaging was undamaged. No problem, I just sent pictures and the customer service rep had a new sign made up and shipped. They stood by their product and I will be placing much larger orders in the near future. There are two things that would have made this experience even better. 1) I would have liked an invoice emailed to me once I placed the order so I could get reimbursed. My club is trusting so it isn't a problem here, but my next order will be large and for my HOA, which will be a problem. I will print the Order screen before submitting so that I have a copy. 2) If I could have uploaded my logo in place of the normal clip-art, I could have done the whole thing myself. That would have been very convenient.
