Looks nice, but arrived with a small dent...
The sign itself looks great and as ordered, but it arrived with a small dent right in the middle and also slightly warped, apparently because of the way it was packaged and shipped. The packaging was flat, unpadded cardboard with no buffering materials at all and one end of it had been split open a couple of inches. A packet of mounting screws and nuts I ordered were just sitting on the sign and it appears that whatever weight was placed on the package during shipping forced the hardware into the back of the sign, marring it. I have been able to remove most of the dent with a rubber mallet and I will use the sign, but I would suggest that SmartSign review its packaging procedures with today's shipping practices in mind.
