1. The federal label (LB-3007) no longer fully complies with the federal regulations. The new EPA Generator Improvement Rules (GIR) made changes to the labeling requirements. The new GIR rule changes makes LB-3007 label obsolete. CA hazardous waste labels are compliant with all the new EPA GIR rules.
2. As a workaround for #1 above, I tried using the CA label (LB-3008) but for a non-CA state but it's un-usable. Some fields are not customizable - State, Physical Properties, Hazardous Properties.
3. Tried speaking with a representative for assistance but she not knowledgable enough and rude to cut the phone off on me when I asked questions for clarity.
4. Representative also said these labels are not fully customizable (semi-custom). If this is the case, why are the labels under the 'Custom Safety Labels' if I cannot customize them?
Overall, highly disappointed with the product and the customer service.
