It was not the color I asked for

I got a refund because the sign's "Diamond Grade" reflective covering was visible and it was not white. It comes silver with a white diamond grid on the sign that's small but visible.

Not worth the money, and customer service is non-existent.

This is a low quality sign with a very expensive price tag. Not only did my sign arrive damaged, but was also late. The coating on the sign was rubbed, making it dull. All attempts at contacting customer service were met with crickets. I will never do business with Smart Signs again.
