Color is terrible (my olive green printed as dark grey), the sign comes with holes in each corner that were not on the proof or in the image on the site (I did not want holes in my sign) and clearly there was no QA in place or they would have asked me for an alternative logo file as this printed terribly. I should have worked with Vistaprint. Will never work with Smartsign again.
