Poor craftsmanship. The top plate was crooked and someone left the protective plastic film on the bottom plate before attaching the top plate. So the the plastic film is peeling off but can't be removed without cutting it. Being the customer, I shouldn't have to do this before delivering it to my customer. Since it took a month to produce we don't have time to wait on another. It wasn't worth paying $52.47 for and waiting a month for!
