Excellent sign, but holes not as requested

I asked for holes to either be on the sides or else DO NOT MAKE holes. Instead i got holes in the middle, which won't work for us...so the instruction process could have been better. Other than that, the sign is excellent.

We always suggest checking the 'Configuration' in the box on the right side under the 'Select Material' step. We understand you needed some changes to these signs, but they are not custom signs and cannot be changed. If you need custom signs, we can offer a quote for what you need, and you can return these to us. Please get in touch with the customer service department if you would like to proceed with a quote.
