Cymbalic Brass Sublimated sign

The sign was supposed to be muted brass and it is very shiny. Also, it is flimsy...when we mounted it to the wall outside the screws bent the sign...all four...and they are little bitty screws. Not as nice as I have received from your company before. Kind of disappointed. For an outdoor sign I thought it would be a bit more sturdy, at least that is what your sales rep advised.
