Used to be consistently good

Second time in a row they sent us labels that weren't cut out well and we can't peel them apart without destroying several others in the process. I specifically mentioned this to them before I ordered again and still got the same results. In previous orders this was never a problem. Their time from order to shipping is decently fast and the price seems reasonable, although admittedly I haven't shopped around much.
