The quality of the sign was great. However, instead of being delivered by UPS, they forwarded the shipment to the US Postal Service and I was charged $10.25 for postage due. This, after the web site said they will NOT deliver to a P.O. Box. So good product but be aware you can get hosed on the shipping charges.
