Great signs! I had "new neighbors" who were utilizing my trash cans, and the guy was very rude when I told him to stop it. Since getting the signs I have not had any problems with this. (You would think when someone can afford an almost $400,000 townhouse, that they can afford to pay for their own garbage service.)
