Laminated film is separating from the aluminum.

I ordered two of these last year because I had ordered several of them a few years ago. The laminate on the ones from about three years ago are beginning to come off. These should last much longer than that. Our HOA had me order the previous ones and now I'm getting some flack for wasting their money.
