Everything is good about the cast sign. However, the ground post has an over-sized mounting hole. The user will need to upd ate and provide Bolt, Washer & Nut to accommodate.

Shipped safely & securely. All parts/pieces; nuts/gaskets, bolts, stake, etc. came separately (no rubbing)
shrink wrapped (heavy duty type thick plastic) against heavy card board, enveloped in heavy duty cardboard.
You get a deal what you buy price wise, quality/workmanship great.
With the 2 pre drilled holes, we attached this to a wrought iron front gate.
The heavy duty metal stake is finished just as the sign, painted then protective coated. No gaps nor scratches with any paint/protective coating-all sealed.
