The sign was what we expected. The problem is it came in a large envelope that is not sturdy. The result is the sign came bent. We were able to straighten it out ourselves.
The sign is actually wonderful quality. Unfortunately, it is NOT the sign I really wanted. I was unable to get anyone to help me get what I wanted so I settled for this sign. When I asked a question is was more like slam bam thank you ma'am, and you should receive an email. Suffice to say, top marks for stock items..... special requests, I would steer clear.
